Born in Ulaan Baatar, Mongolia. He graduated from the famous Perm Ballet School in Russia. Known internationally for his virtuosity and bravura technique. He was a principal dancer with the Russian State Ballet, Cleveland San Jose Ballet and guest principal dancer with many companies around the world. Where he danced almost every major role in the classical and neoclassical, contemporary repertoire and toured all over the world. 

Mr.Udval received the silver medal at the Moscow International Ballet Competition in 1993 and was invited at the major galas around the world. Including those associated Vladimir Vasiliev, Ekaterina Maximova, Vyacheslav Gordeyev and others. 

His extensive teaching experience includes the Kirov Academy of Ballet in Washington DC, Baltimore School for the Arts, Korea International Ballet Competition, Asian Grand Prix and others. Has been judge at Korea International Ballet Competition, World Ballet Grand Prix and others. 

Since 2019 he is Artistic Director of World Ballet Grand Prix New York and the Chairman of World Ballet Grand Prix Mongolia.
